A Season of Gratitude: Reflections Beyond Real Estate

Every year around Thanksgiving, I slow down just a little.

Not because life gets quieter — it rarely does — but because this season always invites me to pause and reflect on what truly matters.

As a realtor in the Kennesaw and Marietta area, I get to experience gratitude often. Helping people buy or sell a home in Cobb County is a privilege I never take lightly. But real estate is only one part of who I am — and this time of year reminds me of all the other roles that shape my life.

I’m also a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a neighbor, and a member of this community I love so much. And like many of you, I’m constantly balancing the people who need me, the responsibilities I carry, and the dreams I’m still working toward.

Thanksgiving gives us permission to look at all of it — the big milestones, the small wins, the challenges that helped us grow, and the people who walked alongside us through it.

This year, I’m grateful for:

• My family, who grounds me, motivates me, and fills my days with meaning.
• My clients, past and present, who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
• My community, especially here in Cobb County, where I’ve built friendships, connections, and a sense of belonging.
• My journey, with all the highs and lows, because each season has taught me something important.
• And myself, for showing up — even on the days that feel heavy — and for continuing to grow, learn, and evolve.

Thank you for being part of my world — whether we’ve worked together, connected online, or simply crossed paths here in this beautiful North Metro Atlanta community. I’m truly grateful.
